Houzzworks.in, an intellectual property of Walltex Creations Pvt. Ltd., is a culmination of over 29 years of expertise in the real estate, construction, and interior design industry. Founded by Rajesh Mudgal, our journey began in 1997 with the establishment of Walltex Creations, a paint manufacturing unit. In 2004, the company evolved into a private limited entity in Mumbai, marking the beginning of a legacy in the business world.

In 2011, Rajesh Mudgal shifted his focus and resigned from Walltex Creations Pvt. Ltd. to form PYR Inc., a partnership company specializing in real estate, construction, and interior design. The vision was to create a diverse and well-rounded enterprise that would leave a lasting impact on the industry.

In 2015, Houzzworks.com was born as a result of a technical collaboration with IITB graduates. The platform was designed to offer innovative solutions in construction and real estate, and it garnered early success. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted many businesses, including ours. The setback led to the collapse of the website, but our dreams were never truly shattered.

Now, with a wealth of experience and a renewed passion, we are rebuilding our platform to fulfill our vision of a **one-stop solution for construction and real estate**. Armed with decades of practical knowledge and expertise in the field, we are ready to soar to new heights and continue our mission of transforming the construction and real estate landscape.
